Vivian L. Wright, 94 of Digby, NS passed away Thursday November 27, 2025 at the Digby General Hospital. Born in North Range, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Gladys (Haight)Marshall. Vivian and her late husband Avard J. Wright were married in Saint John, NB, September 1952 and resided there until 1982. At this time, they moved to NS and built their Beloved ‘Hideaway” on Porters Lake, Digby Co. In 2005, Vivian and Avard moved to make their home in the town of Digby.

In addition to her parents, Vivian was predeceased by her Loving Husband of 56 years of marriage and older sister, Blanche (George) Lewis, both in 2008. She also suffered the loss of brothers, Myron (Florence), Gerald (Pauline), Eldon and Eldred (Maizie).

Vivian is survived by several nieces and nephews and very special friends, Debra Howard and Smokey of Digby. She also leaves behind a host of beloved friends, neighbors and her church family. Known by all those close to her as a force of nature, vivacious, kind and caring. She will be profoundly missed.

Her family wish to acknowledge and praise the loving care providers to Vivian by the medical and support staff of the Digby General The past few weeks.

Cremation has been carried out though the services of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. There will be a graveside gathering for Vivian and Avard at Hillgrove Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
