CATHERINE CAMERON McGRATH, age 79 of Victoria Beach, passed away, August 21st, 2025 peacefully at Annapolis Royal Nursing Home with loved ones by her side.  Born September 20th, 1945, she was the daughter of the late John and Isabelle Cronin of Port Wade NS.  Catherine was predeceased by her loving husband of 30 years, Stanwood (Tom) McGrath and baby grandchild. She is survived by her loving children, Kimberly Gregory (David), Victoria Beach; Shawn McGrath (Kerry), Karsdale and Troy McGrath (Lindsay), Victoria Beach; granddaughter Caitlin Gregory (Travis), Tiverton; Kylie McGrath (Jacob), Norton, NB; grandsons, Sav McGrath, Parker's Cove and Tryson McGrath, Victoria Beach; great grandchild, Isabella Gregory Waldrum, Tiverton.  In 1967, Catherine married the love of her life Tom. They made a beautiful life for themselves and their three children in Victoria Beach. Catherine's passion was taking care of others and she turned that passion into purpose by working at Annapolis Nursing Home and North Hills. As well she managed to care for all of the elders in her family as well as her husband's.  Beyond her nursing she also worked for many years at Casey's fish plant in Victoria Beach.  Catherine had many wonderful friends and was valued and loved by her family and community.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Visitation will be held Sunday, August 24, from 7pm to 9 pm.  A funeral service will be held Monday August 25, 2025, at 2 pm, both from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Private family burial will follow in Garden of Peace Cemetery, Victoria Beach. Family flowers only. Donations in memory can be made to the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home or the IWK Children's Hospital. The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the staff of ARNH for their exceptional care as well as Dr. Ken Buchholz over the last ten years.
