Our condolences to Etty’s entire family. It was always a fun experience to go visit Etty and George. You felt welcome when you entered their home and were offered sugar donuts, Etty’s specialty, and homemade cookies. Our children had many happy adventures, fun filled hours, bonding with cousins, Aunt Etty and Uncle George. Everyone ate sitting around the big dining room table. In the evening we sometimes played Yahtzee, Skip Bo or dominoes at the same great family table. Such wonderful memories. In later years Charlie and I slept in their trailer on the front lawn, more fond memories. A life well lived.
Love Aunt Jan and Cousin Pat

My condolences to Aunt Etty’s entire family. She will be missed. And like my sister Christine, I had the great opportunity to spend summer vacation time with Aunt Etty, Uncle George and my cousins at their awesome home. Aunt Etty treated us like her own, and it truly made our time there special. Amazing food. The best cookies ever. And so many laughs and adventures. It was the highlight of every year. I’ll never forget you Aunt Etty.
Love Cousin Michael

Thinking of the family. Condolences to all. So many cherished memories of great times spent there. Fresh cookies and coffee, her famous turkey pie every year for Sharon’s birthday supper, fun and laughter with every visit (which was often)! Love and prayers to my cousins.

I spent many childhood summer vacations with Aunt Etty and the whole family. I loved being there, having her home cooking and baking. The times around the dining room table were the most fun being filled with laughter and love. That’s the Aunt Etty I will remember and cherish. Love always. Christine
