Obituary of Arthur Everett Walker

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Arthur “Art” Everett Walker, 70, of Victoria Beach, on April 30, 2025, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, he was a son of the late Walter ‘Lewis’ and May (Saunders) Walker. He was a painter by trade for 50 years. Art enjoyed being outdoors, playing in the dirt, listening to music and animals.  Most of all he love to spend time with his grandchildren.  He will lovingly be remembered by his wife of 49 years Charlene (Hickman); daughter, Pauline “Jessie” (Darrin), Parker Mountain; son, Arthur “Jake” (Elizabeth), Lawrencetown; son, Josh (Teresia), Edmonton; daughter, Sara (James), Victoria Beach. Grandchildren, Patience, Zackary, Charity, Arthur Nicholas, Zoie, Nova, Odessa, Killian; five great grandchildren; sisters, Jen and Becky, both of Saint John, NB and several nieces and nephews. Arthur was predeceased by his daughter, Charlie; parents, Lewis and May; brother, David.  Following Art’s wishes cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or funeral.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
