Warner, Karl “Jimmy”- 72, of Karsdale, Annapolis County, passed away in his home April 20, 2021. He was the son of the late Karl Warner and Jean (Peach) (Warner) Oickle. Dad worked at the elastic plant, spent many years as a clam digger and scalloped fished. In his younger years, he was an avid hunter, enjoyed reading and watching westerns. He had a great love and natural talent for wood working and was known to spend many hours in his woodworking shop. Dad enjoyed company and always had a story to tell. Dad is survived by his son, Elton, Wedgeport; daughters, Chrissy (Joey Amero), Upper Clements; Sarah (Wayne Jacquard), Wedgeport; grandchildren, Ryan Schofield; Nikita Schofield; two beautiful great grandchildren, Gabrielle Schofield, Aria Lowe; sisters, Cindy; Sally(Greg Trefry)and Debra (Calvin Boudreau), all of Yarmouth; Judith (Norbert Cormier), Memramcook, NB; brothers William and Robert , both of Yarmouth; step mother, Mary Serita Warner, Yarmouth; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Richard Warner. The family would like to say a special thanks to Chuck Stanton as well as Wayne and April Edwards for being such good friends to dad over the years. Dad loved his family and friends and will be sadly missed by all. Following dad’s wishes cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a service and burial will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of choice.
