I enjoyed working with Joan at the Cornwallis Canex some 20+ years ago. I remember her friendly way with people and a her wit. Talking with her always made the day seem better. My condolences go out to the family for your loss.
We were so sad to hear of Joan's passing. She was a great lady and a fighter for her health. You will have lots of fond memories to get you through this sad time. She will surely be missed in the communities.
So sorry the loss of your mom...she was a special woman that gave me some very good childhood memories when we all lived on The Hawk. Something we can all have forever.
