To Josette & Donald, Mark & Sheila, Andre & Marianne, Paul & Lesley, Jean-Louis & Alana: I want to thank all of you for being here with me. Without you, I would not be able to do all of this, you were a big help to me.  And to the rest of my family, for being here to visit me. And I would also like to thank the nurses of the Palliative Care Unit for the wonderful care they have given me, and the VON and Dr. Newman for being so kind and taking good care of me.
