Inglis, Keith Douglas, 61, of Tupperville, Anna. Co. It is with great sadness the family of Keith Inglis announces his passing at the QEII Health Science Center after a sudden illness. Born in Middleton, January 8, 1949 he graduated from BRHS and worked at Acadian Distillers. After an unfortunate accident , leaving him a paraplegic at age 28 years, he went to community college in Halifax , taking Industrial Instrumentation. Living in Halifax and Kentville for a few years, Keith returned to his parents home in Tupperville where he resided. Keith loved the outdoors, driving his 3 wheeler in the woods, making and maintaining trails, etc. He loved watching TV, reading and playing on the computer. He was always willing to help others and had a good sense of humor. He is survived by his daughter Kim Inglis (Allen Melanson) of Lawrencetown, mother Mary Inglis of Tupperville, brothers: Malcolm (Trudy) of Tupperville, Bruce ( Luella) of Digby; sisters: Shirley Inglis of Dartmouth, Nancy (Carl) Courtney of Fall River; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Russell "Pete" Inglis. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday from the Gordon Providence United Church, Bridgetown with Rev. Janis Campbell officiating. Family flowers only.
